ALL our translations are reviewed
internally before delivery to the client. We build and apply glossaries
for all projects of over 40.000 words and for regular clients.

Style guideWe have compiled and apply our own Style Guide for technical translations from English into Spanish. It is based on our own experience, several specifications from other translation companies and documented clients, and miscellaneous bibliography. It clearly specifies how our translations must be handled and what should be avoided, in five distinct areas - Missing/Misinterpreted text, Wrong/Inconsistent Terminology, Poor/Wrong/Inconsistent Style, Grammatical/Spelling/Punctuation Errors and Localization/Matching of text - which in turn are subdivided into categories. Our translators are provided with this Style Guide which is linked to a Quality Evaluation Table. Our editors mark under the respective category all inconsistencies with our style specifications found in the translation. The Quality Evaluation Table helps us plan for additional editing and for an objective evaluation of the quality of a translation. This arrangement has enabled us to obtain a firm commitment from our translators to provide the quality levels we expect, thereby minimizing problems and delays.
Times of deliveryWe can provide 1,000 to 1,500 words per work day for translations of under 5,000 words, 2,500 words per work day for translations of over 5,000 words, and at least 3.000 words per man/work day for translations of over 40,000 words
Large projectsLarge projects are our specialty. We have the resources and experience to quickly set up a custom team of in-house and outside translators and editors specialized in your subject, which will suit your project's requirements.
Unlike most high-end translation companies, we are not devoted exclusively to computer-related translation and localisation. We started off before the advent of the PC, and eventhough we handle computer-related material just as well as these companies, we also handle other fields with the same high level of expertise.
If the subject of your material is not computer-related, or is
a computer application of another specialized area, you will find
that we are a better choice.
